The Electric Kitchen Course
In this book, you will find a collection of recipes that I gathered in the last 3-4 years as a result of removing starchy hybrid foods from my diet. I am convinced that starch is the cause of most diseases. Several of the entrees herein call for garlic, however, we have learned that garlic is a hybrid, has a very low pH, and eliminates erythrocytes, which results in thinning the blood. In most recipes, I give the option to substitute garlic with shallots or asafoetida (hing), an Indian spice is known for its “funk”. This alternative works well in most dishes but of course, is a personal choice.
